LCARS+ theme uses a ".bmp" file for the wall, so it should work.

You might try the following:

- Restore the default Windows theme, including all icons (IconPackager > Tools > Restore all Icon > Yes > OK.

Note - use right-click desktop > Properties > Theme tab > select Windows XP in Themes list > click Apply - if you are running Windows XP.

- Unload all programs

- Clear the DesktopX cache by deleting the DesktopX folder found in "C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Stardock" folder - for a tutorial on clearing the cache, you can go here Link

- Download a copy of the theme you want to use by following this tutorial Link

After a successful download, simply double-click the downloaded theme file, and it should load itself including the wall.

Post again if this fails, and someone is bound to have a suggestion.

you type fast Corky O.

If you have access to builder mode (right click system tray icon) then in that mode right click the builder icon, choose configure, desktop, wallpaper, and make sure background image is checked.
