I'm sure this has been covered, but where can I post a bug? And, yes, this is a bug, not a misconception of what I think should be happening.

As long as it's a bug for versions 1.05 or 1.09 there are easy to find clearly labeled threads for posting the bug. Just scroll down the list some.
