Cannot install Galactic Civilizations

Hello !
I bought Galactic Civilizations yesterday. After obtaining the download link for the file dgm_066c.exe i downloaded and ran the file. First I could register but then it said something about a not existing image File and giving me error message Fatal Error 13 Type mismatch 0. After skimming through the forum I downloaded the new drengin.exe files. With this file the fatal Error message does appear to be fixed but when i am logged onto the drengin network, there is no Game available.
Also when I used the e-mail adress i had used for my order for creating an account for this forum, no e-mail for confirmation ever arrived, so i used a different e-Mail adress and now it worked strange.
Perhaps someone out there can help me,

We're working on the dgm problems. Did you enter your e-mail address that you ordered with in the dgm when you registered? Do you have Show Betas checked? I know, they're obvious questions, but I have to make sure before I can look at other possibilities.
