Starting a new game causes CTD

Works perfectly until I attempt to restart a game.

I am having what seems to be a very odd problem. I download the game and install it runs fine. I update the game to beta 3 the results are CTD. Only way to fix the problem was to uninstall through SDC and reinstall. Game will run perfectly at 4x anti-alias or turned off, now if I could simply have the ability to start a new game without uninstalling and reinstalling I will be quite happy.

Thanks, I did not notice anything on this topic. One thing to note if you retire and not quit a game it will restart fine. :
