Bug: Able to trade unlimited amount of unavailable influence points for solar systems

Just letting you know that you can win the game by trading 99999 influence points for any amount of enemy solar systems, even though you have none to begin with.

I know that influence points can be used in trades on the diplomatic screens but I am not sure they are accually added or subtracted from the influence points you have. Trading them has been possible for several builds now.

AFAIK, they were never given a value in trades, so although you could trade them, you'd never get anything out of it. (The last time I tried to trade influence points, I couldn't get a 10bc return on 20 influence.) Apparently, that is not the case now.
