taskbar and start menu not changing from classic view settings

please help

hello, I have used windowblinds before and never had this problem. When I load a skin from windowblinds it changes my windows of my programs to the skin. But it only changes my task bar and start up menu from xp style to classic.

Currently I have tried to uninstall and reinstall. restart. and redownload the skins. None of these options worked for me so far.

If anyone has helpful solutions for this issue I would greatly appreciate you input!

It sounds like you using the free version. It does not skin all of the GUI. If your using the Full Version then you problalby have a point at which this started to happen. Prior to that point did you install any new software or hardware or update any of your Stardock programs? Do you have the latest driver for your video card? What version of Windowblinds (ie 4.60.048) are you using?
