The reason President Bush could not take over the disaster in New Orleans is really simple, He would have had to invoke the insurrection acts, and taken over a governors power.
Since the governor of New Orleans is not just a female but a Democrat, president Bush would have looked like a bully.
Political correctness stopped President Bush from assuming power and mandating an evacuation.
In essence the processes of political correctness pushed so hard by the left wing is directly responsible of all the deaths in the three affected states.
Now the left can add mass murderers to their resumes.
