Tablet Input Panel Not skinned

TIP looks UGLY with WindowBlinds on Win XP Tablet PC Edition 2005

I just bought Object Desktop and WinCustomize subscriptions today to use on my tablet PC. It doesn't seem to work right with the Tablet Input Panel (the onscreen keyboard/handwriting recognition) - the TIP appears totally unskinned and looks quite ugly.

Is there a workaround for this or some way to make it apply the skin to the tablet input panel?
