Minimized to quick launch?

On my laptop when i minimize a program or window it will minimize to the right(next to the clock) and it's just an icon so if i have like 3 files minimized it will have 3 little folder icons next to my MSM messenger. my friend wants this option but i don't know how my theme is doing it so i cannot fix it for him. does anyone know?

On the Display Properties - Appearance Tab click on the Windowblinds button and choose "User Overides" from the menu on the left. Under "Advanced Settings" click on the "Make Minimize button minimize to tray"
