Why can't I download the multimedia pack

Hello all,

I have tried now about 25 times to download the multimedia pack but to no avail. I have tried completely deleting all files (using nortons), new download dir's, etc. It stops at about 5mb because the files do not match.

1. any work around for this?
2. can I download this from another site?

Please help. I am getting tired of this. I paid for the game but can not get all that I want. Is there a way to get my money back?
