Gamespot has caught wind of another arcade compilation entering the market. Taito, best know for Space Invaders, will be the newest, old school gaming company from the stand-up arcade days to create a compilation of hits in hopes of shaking a few more quarters out of their old crowd.
Following in the footsteps of Midway, Atari and Namco, Taito will release Taito Legends, a single disc for the PS2, PC and Xbox that will comprise of 29 hits in their original glory. The game is slated for an October 25th release, running around 80 quarters ($19.99), and will be published in North and South America by long time arcade buddy SEGA.
