As long as you created ALL of the images yourself you should not have any problems.

A number of DX Themes are made to simulate OS X experience in windows and they did not have any permission. Yep, as long as ALL codes and images are you originals, then there is no problem on your part.

1 You will not get permission from Apple
2 You are in breach of the copyright lays, as those icons are exactly the same as the ones found on the OS X Tiger system

I think you should try and work on a different project, one that you can accept the credit for.
