and the bootskin also the logon ski how can i put tham each in 1 place and wen thay install it on thair pc 2 automaticly be isntaled 2 thair pc without tham use windows blinds or anny other producys a:S?....?

bootskin & logonstudio are separate programs
just download each and install.

All skins and themes downloaded from WinCustomize need the proper program installed on the computer.

Therefore, I believe the answer to your question is - "no" - you can not use the downloaded themes without installing the program, or programs.
