Problem with using money during diplomacy

The diplomacy part of the game isn't finished. A Stardock developer said that the diplomacy screens were enabled by accident when Beta 3A was released.

As PC says, you shouldn't have any access to diplomacy at all yet, so avoid it like the plague.

i disagree with avoiding it that much in one game the yor conclave were about to crush my empire unltil i gave them a couple reasearches then they decided not to kill me but then again only use it in times of great need and if your going to mess around with diplomancy save beforehand because clicking on the wrong thing will cause a crash of the game

Oh I agree you need diplomacy to do well but I was thinking about game stability rather than tactics.

i knew what u meant i was just pointing out that in desparate times when it is either crash and reload or death at the hands of the Yor id take my chanvces with the crash

plus with my version of the beta i can easily use techs that the other civs dont have to kepp the peace so that at least is stable enough to keep my empire from getting completely destroyed
