Playlogic has announced that it will be publishing Metropolis Software's upcoming action game Diabolique – License to Sin. Diabolique is set for a 2006 release on the PC starring special agent Dark Eaville.
Dark Eaville is not your average avatar by any means. In Diabolique – License to Sin you become Dark Eaville who is in fact a devil who works undercover on Earth, rounding up souls. At your disposal will be high-tech gadgets, computer hacking, some bare knuckle brawling and, of course, supernatural powers including the ability to turn into a ghost.
According to Stefan Layer, COO/VP of Playlogic, "We are glad to have found in Metropolis Software a very talented development team.'Diabolique – License to Sin' has a unique storyline that gives the player the impression of having been part of a movie. The game at this point is already of such high quality that we believe Diabolique will be one of our key titles in the fall of 2006. In our opinion, this content-driven game will suit the next-gen consoles very well."
