a friend of mine told me about this site and since my wife will be out of town all weekend i thought i would start by checking it out. very nice from what i can see. i have skin studio downloading now, can't wait to see what that's all about! been looking at the skins and i am very overtaken by the talent here and add that to the fact that i had no idea that this kind of thing was posable till just yesterday... well, i'm blown away with it all! i think i'm going to like it here

Aimzzz... I haven't figured out how to put them back together with Irfanview yet...but here's 2 little simple tools: MS Gifanimator Link insert frames (sometimes in reverser order), you can set rate per frame or a display rate on each frame & Giffy Link convert bmp to gif and convert to transparent gif prior to inserting in giffy.

i used animation shop. still haven't quite got it figured out like SD.

don't forget giffy is a bmp/gif convertor
gifanimator, did you get that one?

trying to change a panorama image to a gif didn't work - works nice for png animations though. maybe irfan can only read and extract not create.

Could be-- I have IV 3.97-says it creates multipage images, but the formats listed are tif, jpm & ldf (not familiar with the last 2). When I extracted the gif, the images all were bmps. I saved them as gifs. I should look at the IV site & see if he has plug-ins for other animated file extensions.

I couldn;t get MS Gif Animator at your link, but found versions from 1995-97 via Google. Lots of tutorials-- People still think highly of it today.

i was thinking of changing the troll to a gargoyle, i have a nice blue one i was thinking about.

not on this comp, my other one is though. we have a strange way of doing things here. a couple of us have two computers. one for office work and one for any on line research we might need to do. it's thier way of avoiding hackers and viruses on the main system.

we have twelve people working here and six are in groops of two and all they do is the road work like putting up new signs and any maintenance the structure needs. i do all the graphics work but most of the big stuff comes ready to print and post or on a big canvas that just need to be hung and tied down.

Nice gargoyle Nick!

But it seems to be looking a little dark, almost didn't recognize it for what it is.
just a suggestion: might try lightening it or transparency behind it or maybe a light grey misty color (lighter than the blade).

interesting. i was out this weekend dividing my land into quadrants.
Then I took each of the quadrants and divided them into quadrants.
Then I decided to take the quandrants' quandrants and divide those into quandrants.
