Advanced Configuration Window

Need Help

Using WB 4.6 Build 214 with MS XP Home.
Every time I restart the computer the WB Advanced Configuration Window opens
and I have to select the WB Skin for the skin to load. What a pain!
I did not have this problem in previous version of WB.
I have deleted and reinstalled with no luck.
The strangest part of all is the 'other' user on my computer this problem
does not happen, everything loads fine. This problem only exist on my half of the computer.
Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Yes. The side that is Admin is the side with the problem.

A while (maybe quite a while) back someone else had trouble with WB between the 2 accounts...not exactly like yours & theirs was on the nonadmin account...suggestion made was to create a new 'test' account and if WB worked there, then to transfer stuff from one account to the 'test', delete the account with the issue and rename the 'test'...

unfortunately I can't find that post - and i think it even had some instructions - maybe a search for things like 'user' 'account' 'accounts' 'second' '2nd' etc
