Hyperion Manufacturing

When I build Hyperion Manufacturing on any of my planets in the current game I am playing, it locks up hard. Does this happen to anyone else, or is it just specific to this game?

Just finished that one up. It would lock up when completing a few other social improvements as well, but then other times would build them wihtout crashing. This build has just been unstable in general in the mid to late game.

Fixing the problem with the invasion screen being buried by other game screens seems to have caused problems elsewhere, from what has been said in another thread.
