Queries re the windows task bar

Hi guys,

I have a few queries, if anyone can help It'd be greatly appreciated. Basically, I want to do away with the default windows task bar and system tray, etc, and can do this no problems, and replace it with 2 objectdock lists. I can do this no problem. The problem is that if I load a webpage, or anything that is full screen, the objectdocks prevent the very bottom of the page from being visible. Sometimes I need to see whats down there, to see info about a page, what not. I dont want to have the objectdocks auto-hide as I prefer being able to switch between tabs from there, and also prefer to see whats going on with my system tray. I cant find a way to make full screen brower 'think' there is a windows task bat there and thus resize the page accordingly to fit all visible parts of the browser, etc.

I have even looked (to no avail) for a program that will effectively remove the tabs in the default windows task bar, so that the objectdock docks, exist over a blank bar, allowing my browser to act in a normal way.

Does anyone know how to do this ? It seems like it should be a fairly common question, but I cant find anything about it.

Cheers,

Steve.

I haven't come across a resolution for this issue, though it would make sense for what you're requesting to be a part of the program! Let me look into this.

You could try Windows FX. It allows you to specify the size of a maximized window. All you do is specify that it be smaller than you screen by the size of your dock. Oh, it does a lot of other neat tricks too.
