problem with desktop.exe

i've installed desktopX today..and the moment i start DesktopX.exe...it shows a message " DesktopX encountered a problem and needs to close" ....before this message ...it shows that "Desktopx exited incorrectly"... i've reinstalled this program many times ..but i got same results... can any1 fix it ?????

I think it might be because it's set to use a faulty language file. Not entirely sure atm how you change that setting outside of DX...
