to maintain morale on a planet that kicking people off it. I've built Ent.Net., Multimedia Ctr, VR, Galactic VR and Harmony Generator and yet the only way to keep folks happy appears to be kicking people off the planet by the transport load. With no where to send them when you aren't at war what do you do with them? Mass Genocide? Thats not something you are supposed to be doing in this day and age. I find it hard to believe the United Planets would let you get away with it either. THe excuse of a fault engine blew up the ship only gets you so far.
So what am I missing? What other connections are there to keeping a planet happy once you've built all the morale boosters?
