wb5 some questions

First of all i have trouble with the rundll32.exe even with sp2 but anyway i would like to know:

how can i upload a skin? on wb4 we had "install skin from disk" but now where is it?
how can i change skin color? there's no more a "change skin color" button.

The buttons are in the medium. On the skin. For rundll32, I have the same problems.
