Ships still attacking planets after restore from save

The battleships thinking they are freighters problem may have been solved but I just restored from a saved game (Beta 2) in which I was at peace with all races and had warm relations with the Yor before the save.

After loading the saved game one of the Yor defenders (which happened to be parked next to a system I just traded for from the Yor) attacked the planet in the first turn after the save was loaded.

Unfortunately I don't have a save game from a useful point in time. It's the one that I finished last night and tried, unsuccessfully, to submit to the Metaverse.
