Population value in the planet list is not updated when colonists are loaded onto a ship.

When loading colonists onto a colony wagon the planet's population gets changed on the planet screen but the value is not changed on the planet list until the next turn. (I have not had a chance yet to check loading troops into a transport, so I don't know which behavior I will see there when I get to that point.)

Morale doesn't update on the planet/system list either. All of the lists still seem to be affected by some update problems, although the ship list is much better than it used to be now.
