Menu Background won't tile

Just not doing what it's supposed to on applying the skin

I have set a menu background and set up the tiling properly (did it for other things and have it working). However, even though in window blinds when I strech the image to test it out and it looks right...when I apply the skin the image always just gets stretched.

I have set the drawing method to tiling so I am confused...is there something extra you have to do?

If you have installed wb5 and the SKS update, There is a new place where that needs to be set under... Controls/menu/favorites background.
