Moore Sentenced to Death

Devin Moore, the 20 year old convicted for killing three Alabama policemen, received his sentence late last week. After freeing himself from custody after stealing a car, Moore managed to grab one officer's gun and proceeded to fatally shoot the three officers which he claimed he was inspired to do because of Grand Theft Auto III.

The judge handed Moore the harshest sentence possible, death by lethal injection but Defense attorney Jim Standridge is planning to appeal the case. The lawsuit of the victim's families against Take-Two Interactive, Sony, Wal-Mart, and GameStop is still pending.
