No .usi file?

WBA file

I have the windows blinds 5 and was trying to load a VistaXP windows blinds and I did what they said for new users changing a zip file to the wba extension to install the desktop but it doesn't work I don't know what I am doing wrong? ANy help very much appreciated.

In that particular case, the author put the .wba file inside the .zip. Just open it up and take the .wba out.

put it back to .zip
extract it, there should be a .wba inside.
