Ships on Auto Pilot not moving

Stillhaving problems with ships not moving while on autopilot. Have had 2 or more Colony ships just stop moving. Had to go in and manually cause them to move by
clicking on them and a new destination.
Seems to be affected by the movement or lack there of of the survey ships.
