Minor Races

I had a rather unfortunate game where every major race, except the Torians, surrendered to a minor race. This made the rest of the game extremely boring as you tend to get familiar with how to deal with the individual races. Perhaps something should be done to prevent this from happening, or maybe as jpub said, promote the Minor Races to Major ones.
