help with winstyle.ini

When I get winstyle.ini what do I do with it? Ive tried opening it with theme manager and winblinds but they wont do anything with the file. Ive also downloaded winstyle but it looks to me like just an older version of theme manager and it still doesnt open them. PLEASE HELP!!! ALSO PLEASE SEND ALL REPLIES TO MY EMAIL: [email protected]

And can someone tell me of a good suite for a pyromaniac that has a bootskin, logon, icons, cursor, you know... the whole thing. THANKS!

well... its in the zip files of some suites i download. instead of there being a .suite file like some i download there is a .ini file that i cant do anything with in the theme manager. for instance: RustyRooster suite. it has a preview.bmp, RustyRooster.ico, and a WinStyles.ini
i dont know what to do with these files.

Suites are not listed on thread but should download as .suite not a zip.
