"Unexplored mask" on minimap is shifted up and left on large galaxy.

I had not noticed this until today. It might, or might not be associated with the 1/18/02
build.

No, it was in there before...I haven't had a chance to take a look at the minimap fow yet.

Not the FOW. The USM (unexplored sectors mask).

I know what you're talking about. The grey area covering unexplored sectors on the mini-map. Most of us around here call it the mini-map fow. It will eventually reflect more accurately the explored areas so it will be more like the sector map FOW.

Admittedly, it will also be nice to be able to tell what areas are currently visible (not FOWed), But how will you be
able to tell from the minimap what sectors you have not explored?
