Thompson Targets Penny Arcade [UPDATED]

Jack Thompson has filed a harassment charged against Penny-Arcade creators Mike Krahulik and Jerry Holkins and the site's business manager, Robert Khoo, today. Gamespot was on the list of people and companies that received Thompson's latest threat, stating that he seeks help in shutting down the site and arresting its employees.
The e-mail claims that the folks at Penny-Arcade contain "certain personnel who have decided to commence and orchestrate criminal harassment of me by various means." Thompson has used PA's T-shirt dubbed "I Hate Jack Thompson" as part of his evidence for the harassment charge. Thompson states that PA targeted him not because he retracted his $10,000 charity bid but instead for his actions in Devin Moore's case.
Thompson proves fellow game critic, Dr. Walsh correct again, by personally attacking the employees of Penny Arcade when responding to Gamespot's e-mail, calling them "moral midgets." Thompson closed his e-mail to the Seattle Police Department with "I look forward to working with your fine Police Department to shut this little extortion factory down and/or arrest some of its employees."
I doubt Penny Arcade will back down from this thing and hope they can show Thompson that his lawyer tricks won't work against everyone. But its funny that Scott Ramsoomair of VGCats.com actually posted Thompson's e-mail, address and phone number and hasn't received any problems.

Penny-Arcade business manager Robert Khoo has responded to Jack Thompson's harassment claim with a bit of shock, stating, "We were really surprised that he is actually reacting this way. I don't think he really realizes who Penny Arcade is and what sort of support we can rally. And where our place is in the [game] industry."
"I really don't expect him to know who we are, but I'm pretty sure he just thinks we are either just bunch of kids or someone who probably does not know what they are doing, and that he can scare off with idle threats and threats of legal actions."
Khoo continued explaining to Gamespot that Penny-Arcade is no stranger to lawsuits and has already begun looking over the allegations. "I've spoken to our legal team this morning and every one of his claims that he has made is pretty ridiculous, especially given the fact that he's a public figure. His grounds for harassment, criminal harassment, is pretty silly." Khoo continued, "He puts himself out there as a public figure going up against the game industry. Does he really not expect that the game industry's going to fight back?"
Go Get em guys. We expect a hilarious comic to come of this, perhaps an even more twisted than usual Twisp & Catsby comic?
