10TACLE STUDIOS AG has announced that they have purchased the majority of shares in the Belgium development firm elseWhere Entertainment. elseWhere Entertainment is best known for their work on Outcast before they founded elseWhere and have since worked on the development of their own "NeoReality"-engine. The firm will be renamed to 10TACLE STUDIOS Belgium and was purchased largely for their new engine technology.
"The investment in elseWhere is a big step for the future of 10TACLE STUDIOS AG. It is very important for us that thanks to our subsidiary 10TALCE STUDIOS Belgium we now have access to a high-end engine which we can use for our upcoming projects. Yves Grolet's team has done an excellent job by developing the "NeoReality"-engine and we are proud that we can now together continue to work with this new technology": Michele Pes, CEO of 10TACLE STUDIOS, underlines the significance of the take-over.
