The Backgrounds never load in my Windowblinds!!!

I have Windowblinds 4.5 and everytime I DL a new skin off the web and try to install it, the wallpaper

In the Windowblinds Advanced Configuration under "Basic Settings", make your you have the option "Apply any wallpaper supplied" checked.

You also need to remember that skins don't always include a wallpaper. Even though there maybe something different in the screenshot than what you are using, the author who captured the screen show may have just been using a different wallpaper than you
