The Wallpaper never loads in my Windowblinds!!!

I have Windowblinds 4.5 and every time I DL a new skin off the web and try to install it, the wallpaper never loads. I do have active desktop calender but that use to never interfere and I don't think that's the problem. I do not have the omit wallpaper options selected so I am totally stumped. Any ideas why this is happening?

are you sure the skin comes with a wall?....not all do.

I'm having the same problem. The skins are by Essorant and include wallpapers.

4.5 has "omit" wallpeper background? 4.9 has "apply" wallpaper backgrounds supplied...
