Gamespot has word that the Seattle Police have decided that the case against Penny-Arcade, filed by anti-game activist and attorney Jack Thompson, has been disregarded as a civil case.
"Our preliminary review of the document has led us to believe that it is most likely a civil matter," police spokeswoman Deborah Brown said, "but we have forwarded it to the chief of our criminal investigations bureau to make sure that it is correct."
Therefore unless the review finds anything that was missed, the case will be closed.
