Mini view displays double number of ships

If you have a number of ships that you want to skip using the space bar and you cycle through 2-3 ships with the space bar in a row, the mini-ship view displays double the number of ships for all subsequent 'auto-next ship' selections for that turn.

Um, are you referring to the MiniMap or the stacked ship list?

If you mean the stacked ship list, I mentioned this a few betas back (the beta2 PR, to be specific).

It isn't as regular as you state here (I've had it pop in and out of existance in the same stack of three ships before), and doesn't affect anything that I can see other than whether the down arrow appears.

i get this too. Sometimes when you click on the ship stack icon you can make the 'ghost' one disapear

I can repeat this every turn. it's just the display on the right hand side above the event box. happens all the time using the space bar to leave ships alone. I guess this is the stacked ship list.

It appears and disappears randomly under the exact conditions your mention here.

Clicking on the duplicate selects it's appropriate original, and moving the ship and going back to the rest of the stack almost always causes it to vanish.

It will also randomly appear while ships are moving, and if a ship is unselected then reselected, and can start appearing as soon at the first turn, without bypassing any ships, or performing any specific action (or inaction).

A stack of one ship can also occasionally appear in the second box in the stacked ship list, leaving the first one blank.

Umm...is the one ship in the same space as a starbase? We don't have a little icon for the starbases yet.

We're aware that the stacked ship list has ghost problems...it's on my list, which rarely gets smaller for long. :P

No, the empty box isn't for a starbase. An actual stack of one ship, of any type, can do that on occasion.

Interesting. I'll put it on my list of stuff to tweak
