WindowBlinds 5 [Beta] ... Installation

attemp: 3, The Url is invalid, code: -14

When I start StarDock Central, it prompts me to install WindowBlinds 5 [beta] (which is something I want) ;however; the download process never seems to complete. It seems to get about 80% then a popup box is thrown indicating the URL is invalid.

Below is the last snippet from the Wb5.log...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Never mind. I deleted the previous (failed) package and reinstalled. Its working now....

I am so confused about this Windowblinds 5 Beta version...Ok so I installed Object Desktop to my computer, and opened up Stardock Central. It says that Windowblinds 5 is installed but when I run the program it says on the tray that it is windowblind 4.6(build 214). So how do I go about getting Windowblinds 5 to run? Any suggestions....plz let me know...Thanks Justino

You need to uninstall Version 4.6 first then download the 4.9 (g) beta (remember that WB5 is still a BETA model as of this time). Then you will have to do a restart/reboot to get 4.9(g) [WB5 beta] to run. You must be a current Object Desktop subscriber and make sure that you have the option in Stardock Central checked to view beta releases of programs checked so you can see and download the WB5 beta (that option is in the lower left of the Stardock Central program listing screen).
