Object Dock won't maximise windows

I have just set up plus with a basic dock on the bottom and a system tray draw style dock up top. The main dock is set on "always on bottom" with a fairly fast "mouse pull up time" (to give it my own name ). I love this program and the way it works, but since setting up this dock like this, I can't get any running program to stay on screen for more than a few milliseconds without minimizing again! I've tried it with Oulook, Firefox, itunes and messenger and it always happens the same: the program maximises then shoots to the back of the pile leaving the previously maximised progam showing again!? Any ideas why this occurs would be greatly appreciated...

Update:

Changed the dock position to "Normal z-ordering" then changed it back to "Always on bottom" and it seems to have ridded the problem... Will update again if necessary.

There's two different actions you're describing there - which is it?

Not that I'm likley to be able to help, because it works fine for me.

The only thing I can think of is that the minimising behaviour you're describing (if that's really it) sounds like what happens when you click on a program in the taskbar (or a dock setup as a taskbar).

What other tweak/customisation apps do you have running (if any)?

Good point. It happens for both the maximisation of minimised programs AND the bringing to the front of lower z-ordered maximised programs. It makes no difference... That's the same behaviour you describe, yes, only it brings it to front then brings previous front program back to the front. After only one click...

I'm running Windows Blinds 4.6 and Y'z Shadow as well.

I wondered if it was to do with the delay for the autohide and mouse activation I had set, but altering that makes no difference either. The only (temporary) solution is to set it to 'Normal Z-Ordering' for a few clicks then switch it back to 'Always on bottom'.

Interestingly, whilst writing this post, my 'Always on top' draw style tab has lost itself underneath Firefox... The only way I got it back to the top was by unchecking 'Always on top setting' then rechecking it. I really rate this tool and want to go on using it, so any help is appreciated! Thanks...
