How to run more than one instance of e.g. PicViewer widget?

I downloaded PicViewer13.exe and it's great. I'd like to have a few pictures on my desktop, but if I run it again no additional window opens. Is there a way to make it do this?

Torch, you need to import the widget into DX builder then export again, this time ticking the "allow multiple instances to run" check box.
