Per-Pixel Question

-Per-pixel titlebars/borders (doesn't work)
-Per-pixel menus (works)
-Per-pixel taskbar (works)
-Per-pixel progress bar overlay (works)
-Per-pixel "Please wait" dialog (works)

How come the titlebars/borders aren't working? They are there, but their not translucent. If the rest in the list support per-pixel and work, shouldn't the titlebars/borders work too?

Specs:
Win XP Home SP2
2.7Ghz Processor
512 MB RAM
7500 Radeon Card (yes, I know it's old)

The transparency is in certain skins, not all skins. Check out the gallery for those that have transparency. If you are using one already, your video card may not support, but I believe it does. Make sure you have the latest drivers for your card (ATI Catalyst 5.9). I have seen that there is issues with some ATI cards and the Catalyst Control center, it is recommended in those threads that you not install the Control Panel. Hope this helps. Happy Skinning!
