Difficulty is submitting scores to Metaverse

I have had problems in the past submitting scores. I had a mistake in my alias name that caused me to loose several games. I have tried to submit this last game several times without success. I assume that if I had an anomalous score it would still show up but with a score of zero, is this true? It sure would help if there were a submission log file or something to see why the submission fails, the only feedback today is the successful submission message --- and then nothing shows up in Metaverse.

1. Check your alias. It should be Shark Hunter. Make sure you space between Shark and Hunter.
2. Check if your internet connection is properly working.
3. You might want to resubmit your game. Sometimes it goes through but won't post it on the metaverse. (mistakes are the nature of networking you know)

Had that happen on my very first submission. Re-sending it fixed it.
