Where can i find the programs to make the mods? Also, what mods would you make?

You can find mod tool at GC mods forum. Look under GC writer. It works if you got 1.05. I don't know about later versions.

I'm working on a version that will be compatible with the X-Pack. It will be out when the X-Pack is.
