UI still hard to see

I may have missed the fix

I'm just curious -- the UI can still be hard to actually *see.* Especially on planet screens, the green doesn't show up very well. Is this a problem with my install or my monitor? I'm running on a Dell Latitude D800 with a GeForce 4 Go TI4200 w/ 64 MB VRAM.

My guess is that it may be your screen, as the UI isn't hard to see at all. Can you post a screenshot somewhere of what you're getting?

Sure, if you can tell me how to do it. (I realize there's probably a very easy way and it's probably right in front of my nose, but see above post re: time.) Thanks! (My LCD is in pretty good shape and nothing else appears funny. I'll try to get you a screenshot ASAP.)

There is no built-in screen capture in the game. What you'll need to do is hit the print screen button, which copies your screen into your clipboard. Then open up a program like MS paint or whatever you have/prefer... then do ctrl+v to paste the screen capture into your paint program... then all you have to do is save it. .jpeg preferred for file size.

i have found the blue (human) ships on the tactical map can be washed out by the background nebula

No screenshots will be needed. The newest version of the beta seems to have corrected the problems.
