Beta 4 Bug: Senate Votes are totally screwed up

The Senate votes (once I change to Republic) are a mess. I see values like 5578932234 (should be a number between 0 and 100) as the result for each political party, and the "results bars" are all over the place (some are drawn in the opposite direction over the screen). The Senate is a big fat mess!

I'm going to guess that this part of the game isn't fully implemented yet.

I started out as the Federalist party, but once I changed to Republic and the first vote came up, I was told that I was the Technologists, that the Federalists had won the vote, and I was losing my party advantages.

Please note that I had reloaded the game after a crash ... just in case the party identities got messed up by that.

I wish it was being that clever...It's actually just getting into negative number when trying to distribute the votes and screwing up the numbers    But I promise, next build I'll get that fixed for everyone
