Beta 4 Request: Tooltips for ship name in Starport window

When I get the message that a ship has completed construction on a colony, I jump to the colony Starport to launch it (usually). The problem is when I have a garrison ship already parked in orbit, and I can't tell which ship is the new one. The ship icons are EXTREMELY small when playing at 1024x768 (which is the max for me if I am using my laptop) and it is virtually impossible to tell the ship icons apart if they are the same hull size. It would be a GREAT help if you could add tooltips that show the Ship Name (and ship design name if possible also) when you let the mouse hover over the ship icon.
