Influence factor overpowered.

In my 7 test games so far, it has the same result each time.One Empire just winning with ease due to becoming a culture flipping monster.Are you guys getting the same? I think the influence factor needs toning down a lot.

The issue isn't influence factor but rather certain improvements causing too much mangification.  That's just a matter of tweaking the values which we will probably be doing right up until the day we go gold.
