Uploading problems

Where did my gadget go?

I just tried to upload a gadget to the library for the second time. Each time I try, there is no record of me uploading it. In the UnPublished gadgets link under My Account, there is no reference to it in any of the dropdown menus.

Did this automatically get deleted? What's going on?

Indeed, the uploading system is kind of problematic. I lost a clock today that I had approved.
