Beta 4 Bug: Planet auto-naming is inconsistent

I played a game as the Iconians. Their home STAR is Iconis. Their home PLANET is "New Iconia". When other planets in the system are colonized, they should have names based on my home STAR, like "Iconis II", "Iconis IV", etc. However, they are getting names based on my home PLANET, such as "New Iconia II" and "New Iconia V".

It sounds like the information in the raceconfig xml file and the custom planet file are different. I'll check into that.
