Grabscroll

Im sometimes using the newer "grabscroll" (lmb on empty space and drag around), but when I reach the end of the screen, it conflicts with the old type of scrolling - so it scrolls back, in the wrong direction. I think I posted this sometime earlier but cant find the thread so Im doing a new port to remind ya

I'd rather have it continue scrolling the direction I was dragging when I got the the edge of the screen. Or atleast stop scrolling. Not reversing scrolling back anyway..
